Real time communication of He% data from the recovery system to the bench allows a better accuracy of leak rate calculation as if 100% Helium were always used.
Our range comprises both totally integrated recovery systems to optimize the production space and stand-alone units able to handle different stations.
Beside the standard product, HeTECH/Marposs also develops customized versions to meet specific needs such as, for example, systems able to recover helium from machines with a very long cycle time using a significant amount of helium.
As a stand-alone unit, our standard solutions can rely on a consolidated modular design able to shorten the lead time, to ease service installation and operating training and to be upgraded from lower to higher capacity units.
